Terms and conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Storeloom: the website at store-loom.com, the app at app.store-loom.com, and the Storeloom WordPress plugin (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Storeloom on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. Company information

2. The service

Storeloom is an online bulk editor for WooCommerce stores. You connect a store by approving API access in your own WordPress admin. Storeloom then keeps a copy of the store's products so you can browse, filter, edit and export them, and it saves the changes you confirm back to the store. The optional Storeloom plugin makes syncing and saving faster and is needed for some features.

Storeloom is meant for businesses and professionals who run or manage online stores. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details safe: you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at contact@store-loom.com if you think someone else has used it.

4. Free trial

Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial with all of its features. You enter a payment method when you start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when it ends and you're charged for the first billing period. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.

5. Plans, subscriptions and payment

6. When a subscription ends

Without an active trial or subscription, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, browse and export your data, but you can't sync or save changes. If you have more stores than your plan includes, the stores beyond your plan's limit become read-only in the same way. We keep your data until you delete your account, so you can subscribe again and continue where you left off.

7. Your data and your stores

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you the chance to fix the problem.

9. The Storeloom plugin

The Storeloom WordPress plugin is free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). That license governs the plugin's code. The plugin is free, but it only works together with a Storeloom account.

10. Intellectual property

Apart from the plugin's code (see section 9) and your own content, the service, including its software, design, texts and the Storeloom name and logo, belongs to BERGER Solutions SRL and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of Romania and other countries. While your account is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Storeloom available and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance, and it depends on your stores, your hosting, and WordPress and WooCommerce working as expected. We keep improving Storeloom and may change its features. If we remove a major feature included in your plan, we'll tell you in advance; if the change is significant to you, you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of a prepaid period.

12. Third-party services

Storeloom works with services we don't control, such as WordPress, WooCommerce, your hosting provider, Freemius and, if you use it, Google sign-in. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for them.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BERGER Solutions SRL, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

14. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This deletes your data as described in our privacy policy; cancel your subscription first under Manage billing so it isn't renewed. We may close accounts that break these terms (see section 8). If we ever stop offering Storeloom, we'll tell you at least 60 days in advance and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and for material changes we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Storeloom after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree to them, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim there.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact@store-loom.com, or by post to BERGER Solutions SRL, str. Narciselor, nr. 13, Sangeorgiu de Mures, jud. Mures, Romania.
